Oh goodness.....I think I am in for a very interesting dinner tonite.....
A friend of mine gave me a recipe for chicken made with Orange soda(thanks Jan)....if you can cook a pork roast using root beer, then you should be able to use orange soda to cook chicken, right?
I mixed all the seasonings, added the diet orange soda and chicken and just put it in the oven a few minutes ago.....I will post the recipe in a different blog....very interesting smell.....I am a little unsure what to serve with it but my hubby votes for rice. I will be sure to post a picture along with the recipe.
